Nutrition – Interprofessional, Interdisciplinary
starting 5th Semester
With this elective, we want to provide insights into the current state of nutrition science in a varied and interactive way. Interdisciplinary and interprofessional (with nutritionist and dietitian:in) different aspects of nutrition science will be taught and discussed.

- Influence of nutrition on blood count and bone marrow
- Nutrition and the influence on the environment
- Vegetarian and vegan nutrition
- Nutrition in the prevention and therapy of autoimmune diseases
- Nutrition in gynecology
- Celiac disease
- Microbiome and CED
- Nutrition in hospital
- Nutrition and dermatology
Skills Lab electives are taken as part of the regular elective course load through HIS-LSF.
