Booking
All rooms of the O.A.S.E. can be used after prior booking. Depending on whether you would like to reserve an event room, use study rooms for group work or plan a course in the e-learning room, various booking options are available. Clicking on the desired room below will take you to the respective booking option.
In the individual and group study rooms of the O.A.S.E. students have the opportunity to learn and work in a quiet atmosphere.
Booking via the ULB system is strongly recommended!
The Forum of Discourse can be booked as a venue. For information, please contact the O.A.S.E. reception team.

The e-learning room is available for use by any member of the university, but can also be booked as part of courses or seminars.
Booking of the room for closed (teaching) events is done via the O.A.S.E. reception.
