Committee for Clinical Studies

A positive vote by the Clinical Trials Committee of the Faculty of Medicine is a prerequisite for conducting a clinical trial. This committee is chaired by Prof. Dr. Rainer Haas, Director of the Department of Haematology, Oncology and Clinical Immunology of the UKD.

The Coordination Center for Clinical Studies cooperates with the Clinical Studies Committee and supports it in its tasks. The Coordination Center for Clinical Studies is a central unit of the Faculty of Medicine of Heinrich Heine University. Its task is to improve the quality of clinical trials by supporting their planning, execution and evaluation.
