Mentoring

The employees in "Mentoring"  take care of the coordination and the external presentation of the A² Mentoring Program. A² aims to promote the development of students of human and dental medicine beyond the curricular studies individually and on a personal level and to open up a large space for personal development. In particular, the development of social-ethical and communicative competence as well as self-competence is specifically supported. In A², students have the opportunity to develop the above-mentioned competencies in particular on their own initiative and to shape their future role as a physician. The mentoring program includes peer group mentoring with an experienced physician as mentor, a seminar program to develop personal key qualifications for work as a physician, as well as networking evenings and coaching opportunities aimed at mentees and mentors alike.
