Gender Equality and Equity

Central support for young researchers at HHU
To promote the training of young scientists, HHU provides a wide range of support services. Various institutions come together under the umbrella of the Heine Research Academies (HeRa), including the Medical Research School Düsseldorf (medRSD) as part of the Graduate Centre of the Faculty of Medicine and the Junior Scientist & International Researcher Center (JUNO).
Proposal mentoring programme
First-time applicants for their own research projects are supported in a structured programme for four months, among other things by their own faculty-specific mentoring of experienced applicants.
