Whether learning and reading, group work or internal faculty exchange - with its numerous, differently designed rooms and workstations, the O.A.S.E. is an important contact point for a wide variety of concerns.
O.A.S.E.
The O.A.S.E. - our "place of exchange, study and development" - is the symbol of the teaching and learning culture we strive for. It is the modern learning and communication center of the School of Medicine, which over the years has become the home of our medical students.
The eight-story building houses modern study, advising, and learning spaces, as well as the medical library and student council offices. In addition, rooms are available for booking for events.
The roast masters in the O.A.S.E.
Whether it's doping for students or a break for employees and visitors of the University Hospital: the roast masters in the O.A.S.E. offer fresh coffee, breakfast, delicious snacks and wonderful cakes. The coffee, of course, comes fresh daily from the in-house roastery. And in the summer, there's their own frozen yogurt for those in need of cooling down.
