Registration and waiting list

Please fill out the online form next to the respective date to register for a workshop if your supervisor can release you for the period. You will receive an automatic booking confirmation. If there are no more places available, you can put your name on a waiting list by filling out the online form. We will then contact you if places become available.

Fee for non-participation

Our workshops are free of charge for teachers of the medical faculty as well as participants of medical faculties in NRW.

However, the training capacities financed by our faculty are limited. Therefore, in your interest, we would like to make sure that the places are actually used. Teachers who could not get a place would otherwise be disadvantaged by an unused place. For this reason, we charge a fee of 250 € if you make a binding registration and do not attend the workshop.

Fees for external course participants

For external course participants (who are not members of a medical faculty in NRW), the workshop fees are 250 €. Participation in the workshop is also determined for external participants only by the order of receipt of the proof of payment. Please send a screenshot of the bank transfer by e-mail. If a workshop is cancelled by the organizer, the fee will be refunded immediately.
