The INF subproject handles the central data management and AI-driven integrative analysis for CRC 1774. A Data Steward ensures FAIR-compliant cataloguing, storage, and exchange of research data, while an ML specialist develops multimodal models to identify predictive biomarkers and causal relationships. Through collaboration with all omics-oriented projects within the CRC, the INF platform provides ongoing support and analytical approaches, enabling precision medicine through advanced multi-omics integration.
