Spatial & Functional Screening

The Spatial & Functional Screening Core Facility (SFS-CF) is a state-of-the-art resource designed to support cutting-edge research across various disciplines. The facility offers advanced laboratories equipped with a wide range of S2 applications, high-throughput liquid handling systems, and specialized equipment. Key technologies include the Opera confocal microscopy screening system, the Incucyte high-throughput live cell imaging system, and 10X Genomics spatial transcriptomics and CODEX multiplex immunofluorescence. The primary purpose of this infrastructure is to enable researchers to conduct high-quality experiments by integrating spatial transcriptomic and proteomic information to study biological systems in their native spatial context. Additionally, we leverage our high-throughput liquid handling and high-content screening systems to conduct innovative validation studies. By fostering collaboration and providing access to world-class resources, the SFS-CF plays a crucial role in driving scientific discovery and innovation.
