Researchers can submit their required samples to SFS-CF, where we will ensure thorough processing and provide the resulting outputs. Additionally, for our high-throughput liquid handling platform and imaging screening platform, researchers have the option to reserve our systems and conduct experiments independently.

• The high-throughput liquid handling platform offers exceptional flexibility for a variety of applications and features three different types of pipettors. This automatic pipetting system can generate preprinted drug plates, program sample preparation for complex processes, dispense cells into formats ranging from 96 to 1536 well plates, and conduct downstream experiments.
• The imaging screening platform features two advanced high-content live-cell imaging systems. These systems can monitor changes in cell morphology and cell number for up to 40 days. By integrating cell painting technology with various reporting systems, we can observe changes at both the cellular and intercellular levels.
• The Spatial Omics service integrates the 10X Genomics spatial transcriptomics analysis with the CODEX phenocycler fusion platform, thereby delivering comprehensive spatial omics data. This integration facilitates the characterization of tissue architectures, cellular subsets, activation states, and the interactions among diverse cell types. Both technological applications are suitable for use with FFPE as well as fresh frozen samples.
