Experimental Planning and Sample Preparation

Since sample acquisition is a critical step for successful flow cytometric measurements, we actively provide support, offering advice and guidance on the isolation and preparation of samples, as well as the selection of a suitable buffer for staining and measurement.

We provide assistance with the planning and design of your antibody panels or can take over this process completely if required.

Instrument Operation Modes

Our analyzers operate under both full-service operation, especially for smaller-scale experiments, and self-service operation.

• Self-Service Operation: To use the instruments in self-service mode, users receive comprehensive training and instruction on the technology and the specific devices, enabling them to perform the setup and measurements independently. We remain available for questions or problems at all times.
• Full-Service Operation: All cell sorting procedures are exclusively carried out by our trained personnel.

Data Analysis and Publication Support

For data analysis, we provide licenses for the software programs Kaluza and Cytolytics. We offer users instruction in the use of both programs and are available to assist with any questions. Furthermore, we are happy to support you with the presentation and preparation of your data for scientific publications.
