Flow Cytometry
(CFFC)
The Core Facility Flow Cytometry (CFFC), as an institution of the Medical Faculty, with its central location in the Medical Research Center I (MFZ-I), offers access to advanced flow cytometry to various working groups of the HHU and the UKD. To continuously optimize the range of cell analysis and sorting services, we also integrate existing equipment into the CFFC by arrangement, so that these can either be brought into the CFFC laboratories or operated as satellite locations.
The Core Facility not only makes the corresponding equipment accessible but also supports the projects of the users with relevant expertise, meaning that no prior experience in flow cytometry is required on the part of the users. Furthermore, the aim is to connect users with each other, thus creating a platform for exchange and potential collaborations.
