The Advanced Light Microscopy Core Facility offers users support and advice on the preparation of vital and fixed samples for light microscopy, the performance of fluorescence microscopic examinations and image analysis methods.

The range of services for microscopy techniques on our fluorescence microscopes includes

  At our Zeiss AI workstation, we support users with AI-based image analysis, including:

• Segmentation, Analysis and Quantification of image data using:
  • Histogramm-Segmentierung
