German Diabetes-Centre

The undefinedGerman Diabetes-Centre's mission is, based on interdisciplinary research and developement, to contribute to the reduction of individual and social burdens caused by Diabetes mellitus.

Leibniz Research Institute for Environmental Medicine

The undefinedIUF – Leibniz Research Institute for Environmental Medicine was founded in 2001. Its legal form is that of a non-profit, limited liability company. Sole associate is the Gesellschaft zur Förderung umweltmedizinischer Forschung e.V. (GFUF, Society for the Promotion of Environmental Health Research) – a non profit union of seven highly respected medical societies.

Biological-Medical Research Center

The Biological-Medical Research Centre ( undefinedBiologisch-Medizinische Forschungszentrum (BMFZ)) is a central scientific institution of the Heinrich-Heine-University. This centre was founded with the aim to link medical research with scientific basic disciplines. The paramount leading theme of the BMFZ reads: "Relationship between environment and health on a molecular and systematic level."

Research Centre Jülich (Forschungszentrum Jülich)

The undefinedForschungszentrum Jülich works towards comprehensive solutions for the grand challenges facing society in the future in the three fields of health, energy and environment, and information technology, thus laying the foundation for future key technologies.
